- Monday: 9-1:30
- Tuesday: 9-Noon and 2-6:45pm
- Wednesday: 1-4:30pm
- Thursday: 9-Noon and 2-4:30pm
- Friday: 8am—6pm (usually reserved for surgeries)
INSURANCE
- We are contracted with many PPOs including Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Cigna.
- We accept traditional Medicare plans. However there is a growing number of Medicare Advantage Plans. Of these, we only take the “Blue Cross Medicare Preferred” plan.
- Dr. Miller does not participate in any HMO plans.
- Please call to inquire about or verify your insurance plan’s coverage.
PAYMENT
- Co-pays are expected at the time of service.
- As a courtesy, our office will bill your insurance for you. Please be prepared to provide your insurance information if you would like us to do so.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard, personal checks, or cash.
